Summary, Begin With The End

In today’s world I am constantly coaching, teaching, suggesting, hoping, dreaming, writing and talking about our intuition and that means our personal intuition.  I want to pass on to others how powerful it has been for me. with a strong urge to include others, to teach it

As I covered it in past articles it means our awareness and personal connection to the  knowing’s of  Universal Energy. Using that comment sounds like  Science Fiction. Well, science it can be labeled, fiction it is not. It is something we are all connected too.

Past articles have been about using it as a tool and expanding that into intuitive writing. It’s a gift we have as human beings.  We have to learn how to use it and to feel connected. Like anything else we want to learn, we have to study and practice.  If we compare to sports or singing, as an example, we have to learn how to do it ourself and cannot have others doing it for us. Writing is a gift and a tool that automatically has us relate to it.

Most people think they are not intuitive. That is not true, we all have intuition connections.

Before I go over my version of what that means, let’s see what A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) has to say about it.

With that, here is what I requested using A.I. ChatGPT. How do I describe the meaning of personal intuition to someone who thinks they are not gifted with it and need to learn how to practice it and use it? In 600 words or less.

I waited  patiently while they answered my request that took a total of around fifty seconds or so. At the end they added this question.

Want a shorter version or something more conversational or spiritual?

I answeredsure and waited while they sent a shorter deeper version several seconds later.Top of Form

Here is their second version which is the same basic info with 120 less words.

Personal Intuition: Your Soul’s Whisper

Intuition isn’t just a mental tool—it’s a spiritual connection. It’s the quiet, inner voice of your soul guiding you toward what is true, loving, and aligned with your path. Everyone has it. You don’t need to be psychic or “gifted.” You just need to remember how to listen.

Think of intuition as your direct line to something deeper—your higher self, Spirit, God, the Universe—whatever name speaks to you. It shows up as a gut feeling, a soft knowing, or a subtle pull in a certain direction. It’s gentle, not forceful. Clear, but not loud. That’s why it’s easy to overlook, especially in a world full of noise, pressure, and distraction.

If you’ve ever said, “I knew it, I just didn’t listen,” then you’ve already met your intuition.

So how do you reconnect with it?

  1. Be Still. Be Present.
Intuition speaks in stillness. When you quiet your mind—through prayer, meditation, time in nature, or simple breath—you make space for that inner wisdom to rise. It’s always been there. You just have to slow down enough to feel it.
  2. Feel Over Think
Intuition doesn’t come from the head. It comes from the heart, the gut, the soul. You don’t need to “figure it out.” Just notice what feels light, peaceful, or expansive—and what feels tense or off. That feeling is your compass.
  3. Ask and Open
You can ask Spirit for guidance: “What do I need to know right now?” or “Show me the way.” Then don’t chase the answer—receive it. It might come as a sudden insight, a sign, a dream, or a deep calm about a choice you were unsure about.
  4. Honor the Subtle
Intuition rarely shouts. It nudges. It’s the soft inner pull to take a different route, call someone, or wait before making a decision. The more you honor those little nudges, the stronger your connection becomes.
  5. Trust the Process
Building a relationship with your intuition is like deepening a spiritual friendship—with yourself and with the Divine. It takes time, trust, and love. You might not always understand the why, but you can trust the feeling when it’s rooted in peace, clarity, and love.

Remember, intuition isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about being open to a greater wisdom than your thinking mind can grasp. You are already connected to that wisdom. It’s part of you. The more you listen, the more life feels guided, aligned, and full of quiet grace.

You don’t have to earn your intuition. You just have to return to it.

There you have  it all very well written and clearly laid out.

I agree with everything they posted even after their closing comment which is

– ChatGPT can make mistakes. Check important info.

My add on thoughts are related but not the exact same.

Why repeat when it is so well done? I suggest if you are really interested, that you

reread the five suggestions offered here.  It is life changing in a very positive and

 uplifting way.

Print out to read and apply the suggestions until you have established your new habits.

Most people I talk to feel they are not intuitive  which is totally not true.

From what I have learned and believe is that we all the same with the difference

being how busy minded our thoughts and beliefs are. The expressions we all experience

are from the same source.

For conversations here we will call that our Universal Intelligence.

If our thoughts, minds and beliefs are active and busy they don’t allow us

awareness of intuitive connections.   To add to that we also repeat many words of doubt,

uncertainty, when we are worried or afraid.  Our thoughts are not all fear based but many

of them are.  What we need to watch for, be aware of, is thoughts that are repeated

regularly. If they are fear based or concerned, they are at a level creating another block

with our unfavorable feelings.

Here is an example that all of us relate to.  It’s the middle of the night we just

woke up from a dream and decided to head to the bathroom. On our way back to bed we

try to remember our dream but we cannot.  An intuitive thought will disappear even

quicker. If you sense something, for example, and think where to write it down, it is too

late it is gone.  A way too save it is to say it out loud to ourselves.

Also Intuitive thoughts often do not make senseat first and by the time we think

anything else they have disappeared. We as humans, it seems that we do not

automatically  store intuitive thoughts probably as there are too many of them to

remember. Another question or single word like pen, quickly fades our thought.

In fact if your thought does not make sense, it is probably  your intuition.

It takes a while to turn up our awareness to follow what we are thinking, feeling

and how often we are repeating.

Again, in previous articles, many, or most, of our thoughts are due to Habits and that

takes a great deal of Practice.

Read again, several times, write what you are thinking of A.I. and my

words. It is all more important than you think at first. It is a huge human tool that we

 need for the future.

My poetry book titled Spiritual Arousal at Amazon.com has verses that

were all written intuitively.

When someone asks me how I wrote all of the verses, I have to say I don’t know.

I need a Catalyst to get me writing and my pen takes care of the rest.

Go to my website RayJustice.com I will post a story article titled  “Beyond”.

Four Ducks are the catalyst, and the pen took over. It is an article I wrote for TheZebraInk.com -on how I intuitively wrote the poetic verse.

”  Our habits do not like change.

            What is missing is practice”

A level of awareness, stillness, freedom and trust makes it flow and that is where

practice is. As a very good starter, be prepared when you first lie down in bed, to think

about a mental review, things that you are grateful for. They can be simple, very

small, big or something you saw, heard, etc.   What you are after is to

create a feeling of Appreciation, Gratitude and Thankfulness.

And my p.s. is –  this is where your pen and a journal to write in begins.

Write with a pen and paper.

              The Pen has the ideas

and the paper remembers them for you

Notice anything your attention is attracted to. Something, you are not thinking or studying, something that you unexpectedly see, hear, smell, feel. That becomes your catalyst to write.  If you see a green apple start with I just saw  a green apple and . . .  keeping writing.

You will surprise yourself of the different direction your pen takes you.

Remember that you do not show what you first write to anyone. If you have a deep thought of someone looking over your shoulder you will mentally feal watched and therefor, not writing intuitively.   If you write something you want to share,  re-write it separately.  If we feel watched we are not totally free and safe. Keep it private at first until you are done writing and reviewed yourself.

Your pen will be your teacher of intuition and you will soon see your gifts.

Share later, not as you are writing.

Summary,

(Begin with the end – visualize how you want it to feel or be)

Everything you think you know has been taught to you by someone else.

Get out of your head. You will feel better about yourself.

Your Catalyst arrives

           and your Intuition shows up.

This is about You and Your Partner, The Universe.
